   • Coaching Sessions: Scheduled within 24–48 hours
   • Coaching Session Utilization: Once the coaching/boosting session is scheduled, customers are expected to utilize the service within 24–48 hours. If the session is not utilized within this period, the session will be considered forfeited. Coaching is a one-off service
